Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
Lead projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships
Engage in fixture and tool design, along with some process engineering responsibilities
Document and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cycle times
Meet performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity
Address challenges related to people, processes, and equipment with strong problem-solving skills
Gather and analyze factory data to identify areas for process improvement
Develop financial justifications for equipment and process changes
Foster relationships with customers and vendors

Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
Proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Strong practical understanding of LEAN/Continuous Improvement
Job Offer
Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on level of experience
