Our client, a leading manufacturing company near Visalia, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring that materials and products are procured efficiently and cost-effectively to support the companys production needs.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure adequate supplies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other data.
Work closely with various departments, including finance and operations, to forecast demand and optimize purchasing strategies.
2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
