to be considered. Travel : Frequent travel required to cities such as NYC, Colorado, and Los Angeles for extended stays. About the Role: In this multifaceted position, you will seamlessly manage the executive's professional and personal affairs, acting as a
Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Personal Assistant.
Youll collaborate with other team members to ensure the principals needs are met efficiently and effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Administrative Excellence : Manage extensive calendar scheduling, correspondence, and client requests with precision and professionalism. HR & Financial Oversight : Handle HR tasks across entities; manage expense reports, invoices, and financial reconciliations. Project Leadership : Oversee event planning, vendor relationships, and urgent legal matters. Office Coordination : Maintain smooth operations across multiple office locations. Travel Arrangements : Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries. Presentation & Data Management : Create polished PowerPoint presentations and maintain data systems. Personal Support : Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed. What Were Looking For: Experience : 5+ years in executive assistant roles supporting UHNW individuals, family offices, or professional services/consulting firms. Education : Bachelors degree or higher. Skills : Superior problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
