El Segundo, CA (Hybrid) Required Skills: We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for phone-based technical support, assisting with password resets, email setups, and troubleshooting various IT issues. While experience in financial environments is not required, a background in customer service is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : Provide first-line technical support over the phone, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Handle password resets, email setup configurations, and basic system troubleshooting. Assist users with hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions within the ticketing system. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and identify recurring issues for long-term solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of company systems, applications, and IT policies. Qualifications : Proven experience in a customer-facing IT support role. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot common IT issues. Familiarity with email configurations, password management, and basic networking concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
