Help Desk Support Technician
for a Hybrid (6 weeks of onsite training then remote) 6-Month Contract to Hire opportunity with a client located in Louisville, Kentucky. The
Help Desk Support Technician
will need to have open availability, including nights and weekends, and at least 6 months of technical support experience.Pay/Salary Range: $17-19/HRHelp Desk Support Technician
job responsibilities include:Provide efficient and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issuesCollaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex problemsDocument and track all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing systemEnsure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAdhere to established policies and procedures for IT supportQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 6 months of technical support experienceStrong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsOpen availability to meet the demands of the support scheduleSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyIf you are interested in this
