Akkodis is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist for a infrastructure position with a client located in Omaha, NE. This individual will work with internal and external people to resolve issues and drive efforts to help customers future proof their systems and networks. Pay/Salary Range: $41,600/yr - $58,240/yr
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and application support to all employees.
- Respond to, resolve, and escalate issues submitted via the ticketing system or phone calls.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems through both remote and deskside support.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the documentation of procedures and guidelines for internal team use.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software support.
- Proven troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks.
- Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 365 administration.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in remote administration and end-user support.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Windows 11 or earlier operating systems.
- Strong customer-focused support abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
