Senior Vice President of Finance
to work in close collaboration with our
CFO
to lead financial operations, strategy, and long- term planning. The SVP of Finance will be instrumental in aligning financial objectives with operational realities, optimizing resources, and driving innovation within a
dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment , particularly in the food and beverage sector. This role demands a
strong on-site presence
to engage directly with plant operations, production teams, and external stakeholders. The SVP of Finance will live in the plant, partnering closely with the CFO and production teams to ensure that financial strategies are informed by real-time insights and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the companys profitability and growth objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making in partnership with the CFO and executive team. Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to align with financial objectives. Operational Finance Oversight Manage the financial aspects of
large-scale capital projects , including cost estimation, funding strategies, and ROI analysis. Work closely with the CFO to oversee
cash flow management , ensuring liquidity for operations and strategic investments. Partner with supply chain, production, and engineering teams to align financial operations with production goals and cost optimization. On-Site Engagement and Plant Leadership Maintain a
consistent presence on the plant floor , working alongside the CFO and production managers to monitor operations and resolve challenges in real time. Lead initiatives to
streamline production workflows , optimize capacity, and improve scheduling efficiency. Act as the key financial link between plant-level execution and strategic planning. Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with the CFO to engage with customers, ensuring compliance with
scheduling and delivery requirements
and negotiating operational efficiencies. Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders, working with the CFO to secure financing and partnerships. Provide financial leadership for customer-facing initiatives, including pricing strategies and incentive programs. Business Development and Financial Modeling Partner with the CFO to develop pro
forma financial statements
and presentations for investors and stakeholders. Support new product launches, operational expansions, and strategic initiatives by providing robust financial analysis and modeling. Collaborate with business development teams to prioritize growth opportunities in alignment with financial objectives. Team Leadership and Development Collaborate with the CFO to
build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
capable of managing complex projects and delivering actionable insights. Foster a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and innovation
within finance and operations teams. Serve as a hands-on leader, inspiring results-driven engagement across the organization. Driving Efficiency and Innovation Leverage
data analytics and technology
in partnership with the CFO to improve financial decision-making and operational efficiency. Lead cost-saving initiatives, optimize plant capacity, and drive profitability improvements across product lines. Champion innovative financial processes and solutions in collaboration with the CFO. Risk Management and Compliance Partner with the CFO to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the companys fiscal health. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal policies. Implement and maintain robust financial controls in collaboration with the CFO. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. Experience: Minimum of
10 years of progressive finance experience , with at least
5 years in senior leadership roles . Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain finance, or regulated industries. Hands-on experience in aligning financial strategies with plant operations, ideally working closely with or under a CFO. Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning . Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire cross- functional teams.
