Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of strategic reporting dashboards supporting reconciliation processes This role involves designing developing and maintaining interactive dashboards in Tableau working with various data sources such as IMPALA Starburst and other JDBC and establishing data connections
Roles and Responsibilities
Dashboard Development Design develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support reconciliation reporting and decisionmaking processes Data Source Integration Establish and manage data connections to various sources including Starburst Impala and other relevant platforms ensuring seamless data access for reporting Collaboration Work Closely with BA Data Engineers and Stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights Data Extraction Create automated and adhoc reports to support business needs and answer complex data queries
Preferred Skills
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Tableau development data visualization and dashboard design Advanced proficiency in Tableau with a strong background in building interactive dashboards and complex visualizations Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and analysis Solid understanding of SDLC and agile and development process Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot UAT issues and identify root cause
Preferred Qualification
Degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or a related field Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark HIVE Impala Experience with programming languages such as Python for data analysis and automation Nice to have
