Job Title: Senior Tableau Developerr Rate: 60-68/hr on W-2 (NO C2C or third party candidates will be accepted for this role) Job Description: As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be a vital part of the Insights team, transforming data into actionable insights, developing visual dashboards, and driving informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that support data-driven initiatives and contribute to overall success. Responsibilities:

Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources into BI platforms. Report and Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for analytics and reporting. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to improve the performance and efficiency of BI solutions. Data Visualization: Develop intuitive visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand requirements and deliver the necessary data infrastructure and tools. Documentation: Document data sources, processes, and solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance regulations such as GDPR. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to maximize the potential of BI tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a related role. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (experience with AWS is a plus). Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with automotive industry data is a plus.
