****Only candidates local to Houston are eligible to apply**** Job Title - IT Quorum Business Analyst on W2 Job Location Houston, TX (Locals Only) Duration: 6+ Months Job Description : Responsible for requirements documentation related to IT projects and enhancement requests in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors. Works closely with business partners and IT team, especially the assigned Project Manager, in an Agile environment to support the on-time, on-budget delivery of changes. May work on projects of large scope that may involve multiple departments or have companywide impact. KNOWLEDGE: This position requires a basic understanding of the companys organization, functions, roles, and responsibilities. In-depth knowledge of office protocol, customer service philosophies, proper office etiquette and protocol is required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Identifies specific business requirements for projects and enhancements focused on a singular business area. Participates in meetings/workshops where business requirements and application objectives are articulated and accurately captured. Participates in sprint ceremonies and knowledge transfer activities. Works closely with developers to clarify requirements, capture assumptions, and identify impacts to business processes. Need to QA the tool developed and assist the business with their user testing. Assumes additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS): 1.

Education: Bachelors degree and//or equivalent years of experience

Experience:

At least twelve (12) years of experience. Skills: Should have experience working in an Agile environment as a BA. Must have experience working on the integration and/or reporting project. Should have excellent communications skills - verbal and written to all levels of the organization. Should have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Knowledge in Crystal Reports or Business Objects Web Intelligence development is a plus. Knowledge in SQL is a plus. Knowledge in Quorum legacy applications is a plus. Experience in Energy Components is a plus
