Paid sick leave Access to 401k And more!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage high volumes of NIV/IV filings, focusing on NIW, O-1, and EB-1A cases. Independently oversee a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the visa process. Coordinate with USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor as needed. Support attorneys with evidence collection, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines. Track case progress, manage records, and address potential delays proactively. Draft and prepare responses to RFEs.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience handling O-1 and NIW petitions. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
