Job Description: * Candidate must have 2+ years experience and be board-certified in Family Medicine * Phone-only call shared amongst a large call group. * Enjoy a new facility located in the heart of Greeley. * Be a part of building and establishing a new clinic. * Take care of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. * Not accepting Locums candidates * Not accepting visa candidates Certification Requirements * Board Certified State License Requirements * Colorado Additional License Requirements * COVID Vaccination, 2+ years' experience in Family Medicine
