Job Description: * Situated along the high plains of Colorado, Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the full-breadth of primary care. * Candidate must have 3+ plus years experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. * Opportunity to build primary care within Fort Morgan * Practice in a rural setting with the support of a large system * Phone-only call; shared amongst a large group * Not accepting Locums candidates * Not accepting visa candidates Certification Requirements * Board Certified State License Requirements * Colorado Additional License Requirements * COVID Vaccination, 3+ years' experience in Primary Care
