We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Coto de Caza, California. This role is primarily focused on providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of office tasks. This contract to permanent position will enable you to work closely with the team, managing day-to-day operations in a small office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient processing and management of customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate and current customer credit records.
• Address customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Collaborate with the team to manage daily operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
• Serve as a point of contact in the office, fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilize various software such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, and Budget Processes for efficient task completion.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls as required.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Apply knowledge of the construction industry in relevant tasks and decision-making processes.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with Banner Ads is essential
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is a must
• Proficiency in using Concur is needed
• Knowledge of CRM systems is required
• Experience with About Time software is essential
• Understanding of Budget Processes is necessary
• Proficiency in Calendar Management is required
• Excellent Communication skills are mandatory
• Experience in managing Conference Calls is needed
• Familiarity with the Construction sector is a plus
