Job Summary:
As a Financial Analyst, you will support Client Wholesale Sales Group, Residential Products, and New Product Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts and improving forecasting processes
• Analyzing financial performance and identifying gaps to achieve financial goals
• Providing comprehensive assessments of customer programs, including rebate structures and customer deductions
• Delivering accurate and repeatable gross profit reporting for customers and products
• Collaborating with the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) team to enhance unit volume forecasts
• Supporting new product development cases with clear financial and business plans
• Assisting in creating Financial Plans, including Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business management
• Strong revenue management, data analysis, and financial planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; database experience is a plus
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects
Education: Bachelors Degree
