We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. This role focuses on various accounting procedures in a dynamic workplace.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Conduct Account Reconciliation tasks accurately

• Ensure precise data entry for all customer-related transactions

• Process and manage billing inquiries and issues

• Keep track of customer credit records systematically

• Expertly process invoices in a timely manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various data management tasks

• Operate QuickBooks and SAP for accounting related activities

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures is expected.
• Capability to manage Billing processes is essential.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
• Must have experience in Invoice Processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Experience with QuickBooks is expected.
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
