Job Overview:
Dive into the next phase of your graphic design career by joining the Leslie’s Pools team, the nation's largest retailer of swimming pool supplies and equipment. We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to help shape the visual identity of our Hot Tub brand companies.
As a Graphic Designer, you will produce engaging visuals that elevate our Hot Tub brand companies across multiple platforms. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll conceptualize and execute designs that captivate audiences and deliver results.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and versatile, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of branding. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and value humor, humility, and adaptability, you’ll fit right in!
Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling graphics for several digital platforms, including social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
Work closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager, Creative Director, Director of Digital Marketing, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
Provide creative insights and accept constructive feedback to refine designs.
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to create fresh, modern designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
Explore opportunities for motion graphics, video editing, and interactive media to expand Leslie’s creative offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital work that must include social media, promotional emails and website assets (portfolio link required with application).
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficiency in Figma and video editing is highly preferred and will be given preference.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
