Description
Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, and project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards specific to healthcare facilities. Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare construction. Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, regulations, and building codes. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and diverse project teams effectively. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
