The AVP will support all facets of business development for project finance, infrastructure finance, syndication, M&A finance, and structured finance. The primary goal is to expand the loan portfolio by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, developing marketing strategies, conducting credit analysis, and managing the credit portfolio. Compliance with KYC, BSA, AML, and other regulatory requirements for new and existing loans is essential.

Description
Perform due diligence for potential project finance, infrastructure finance, and M&A deals, including detailed credit, financial, and industry analyses, and risk assessments. Prepare credit recommendation reports (CRR) and collaborate with the credit risk team on transaction underwriting and due diligence. Assess the creditworthiness of customers. Issue decision notifications. Prepare documentation promptly, obtain executed documents from customers, and review for accuracy. Ensure appropriate pricing, loan terms, and profitability requirements are met. Manage processing activities in assigned accounts according to customer directives in a timely and accurate manner. Review and suggest updates to departmental policies and procedures. Conduct scheduled credit reviews of loans to assess overall asset quality and performance against original underwriting expectations. Oversee the existing credit portfolio, including Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Syndicated Loans, M&A Finance, and C&I Leveraged Lending Loans. Profile Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics is required; a master's degree is preferred. Passion for syndication, self-starter, high energy, dependable, detail-oriented but mindful of the big picture, able to multitask, perform under pressure, solve problems, take ownership of work, and have a well-reasoned view. Ability to absorb multiple data points and make decisions with conviction. Team player. Knowledge of financial modeling. Formal credit training and specialization in structured finance (including project finance) and loan portfolio management. Job Offer $60,000-$150,000 base salary depending on experience and level.
