Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, Wyoming, in filling a part-time Receptionist position with flexible hours. **Job Responsibilities:**
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the company, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors. Your key duties will include:
+ Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
+ Managing visitor sign-in, issuing badges, and maintaining security protocols.
+ Handling employee and department directories to provide accurate information and directions.
+ Keeping the reception area clean and organized, following office procedures and regulations.
+ Supporting the team by documenting actions and communicating ongoing needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
+ Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ A friendly, customer-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
+ 1-3 years of office or receptionist experience.
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
