Job Summary
To keep up with growing customer demand, we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team at our Lisle location. This is a part time position with opportunity to turn into a full time role in our company. This role is responsible for a wide range of tasks, directly supporting the owners of the company. Must have very high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and stay on top of projects as they move through the process. Opportunity for fast advancement in the company with excellent performance.

Responsibilities
- Enter new projects in our CRM system
- Update project folders with key information in a timely manner
- Maintain log of projects and warranty claims
- File organization, light cleaning
- Intake and organization of service requests
- Help front office with filing, obtaining permits, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Must have high attention to detail
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required
- Must have a can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
