Key Responsibilities: Manage special events, cash controls, payroll, and lead hiring/training of hourly staff.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain public relations through effective resource management.Guide staff in delivering retail services aligned with corporate policies and standards.Train staff in customer service, portion control, cashier operations, and safety/sanitation plete reports accurately and on time, adhering to corporate municate clearly with team members, patients, and families.Enforce cash handling standards to prevent theft and ensure compliance. Preferred Qualifications: B.S. in Food Services Management or related field; or A.A. with 3 years of relevant experience.1-3 years of experience in retail foodservice management preferred.Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost control, marketing, and presentation.Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services.Proficient in cash retail operations and retail marketing.Leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills with strong communication abilities.Familiar with financial and budget management.Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet-based programs.
