As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Patient Interaction: Welcoming and interacting with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Phlebotomy: Accurately drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.
• Specimen Processing: Preparing and processing blood samples for laboratory testing.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Compliance: Adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA).
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
