Compensation:$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints and general customer inquiries.
- Make sure each customer's needs/concerns are addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction.
- Create records of customer interactions and follow-up to ensure all questions and needs have been answered.
- Interact with sales leads to maintain and improve service and product knowledge.
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
- No remote work available with this position
