Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality support and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service information with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the customer support system.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech support, etc.) to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
