Goods Electric Heating & Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Full-time position: Monday – Friday

Salary: $36,000 - $42,000+/year

Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative at Goods Electric Heating and Air, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing solutions to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Book service requests and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and effective customer communication
  • Book service appointments ensuring that all details are accurately recorded
  • Welcome new Good Club members and ensure accuracy in customer details and processing payments as required
  • Resolve customer complaints or disputes professionally and empathetically, working to achieve satisfactory outcomes and maintain positive relationships within a one call resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in ServiceTitan
  • Proactively follow up with Good Club members to ensure ongoing customer relationships
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management to ensure proper handling and resolution
  • Ensure accurate equipment age and book appropriate percentage of aged equipment calls for the three day call board daily
  • Keep the three day call board at capacity daily

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Notion or similar platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s values
