Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at TMZ Events, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients and guests. Your role will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve issues and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of our events and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and refunds when necessary.
  • Document interactions and updates in the customer service database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer feedback to help improve our service.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.
