Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. As a key part of our team, you will work to build strong relationships with customers and provide high-quality service across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, offering solutions and follow-up as necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback, identifying trends and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
