About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be an advocate for our customers, delivering exceptional service and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex customer cases.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve processes, products, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
