Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, representing our brand values through professional and courteous interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Generate and analyze customer feedback reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Educate customers on company offerings and assist them in making informed decisions.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
