Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients and plays a vital role in providing an exceptional customer service experience. We are seeking a professional and personable individual with previous experience in a customer facing role.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, and multi-task with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for customers, in-person and by phone to ensure customer needs are met
• Coordinate with departments and assist with details of customer communication
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience
• Reinforce company policies and adheres to company standards
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Experience in an automotive dealership preferred
