Bell Ford is NOW HIRING Service Advisors to work in our high volume, full service automotive service center. We are actively seeking an outgoing, customer service representative to handle our customer's repair needs while at the same time investing effort into reaching the department's profitability goals. We are looking for experience in the Automotive, Hospitality or any other field with customer service experience. Professional service writer duties include;
- Maintain excellent Customer satisfaction
- Assist all customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional manner
- Generate service order estimates/ quotes for customers
- Schedule appointments
- Resolve customer complaints
- Provide professional service with emphasis on value, quality, and integrity.

All future employees are required to meet the following criteria:
- Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check
- Current, Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, in person and over the phone (Bilingual a huge plus but not necessary)
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision staying organized and remembering to attend to all customer needs in person, returning calls, etc.
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet based dealership software, MS Outlook)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Works with honesty and integrity while representing the factory and dealer during every transaction
