About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle client inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive relationships. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the outstanding service that defines Style Netbox.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about our services, products, and solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing customer databases.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
