We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Order and Account Management:

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Problem Solving:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior team members or managers as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve services.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
