If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in finance and accounting, this is the role for you Pay: $29.25 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Lead or Supervisor. Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit or payment card Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability and 401(k) options Referral bonus opportunities As the Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for generating Sponsored Projects post-award invoices for awarding agencies, ensuring that terms and conditions for cost-reimbursable, fixed-price/rate awards, and cash drawdowns are met. Additional duties include: Compiling supporting documents for invoice charges Interpreting billing requirements from grant contracts Maintaining billing cycle schedules and deadlines Assisting with financial data or reports for Sponsored Programs financial desk audits and year-end audits Collaborating with Sponsored Program Administration (SPA), campus departments, and agencies to ensure timely and accurate billing We believe in your potential to make a difference and are committed to helping you succeed.
