The Position:

▪ Full-time, on-site role at our location in Northwest Indy

▪ Standard 9-to-5 work hours with little overtime expected

Responsibilities:

▪ Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail

▪ Create and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system

▪ Review and process daily A/R accounts – Receiving checks, ACH, Wire Payment

▪ Handle rebates, service fee, commission ▪ Bank reconciliation

▪ Review and process A/P product/non-product invoices and payments in the ERP system

▪ Handle credit/debit memo and inventory adjustment requests from the Sales team

▪ Perform cash and other subledger account reconciliations

▪ Correspond with an external CPA firm to assist with monthly closing and reviews

▪ Complete other duties and tasks as requested

Qualifications:

▪ Candidate will possess one of the following:

o Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field o Work experience with ERP or accounting system

▪ Basic accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel proficiency (will perform short aptitude test)

▪ Familiarity with at least one ERP system strongly preferred

▪ Strong numerical and analytical skills a must

▪ IT knowledge and experience a huge plus

▪ Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail
