As the Executive Assistant to our Founder, youll be the right-hand person ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a fun and dynamic team. If youre organized, proactive, and passionate about making an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans to keep the Founder on track.
• Inbox Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails with efficiency and professionalism.
• Startup Support: Provide administrative and project-based support, bringing your expertise in startup operations to the table.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, stay a step ahead, and tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Based in Wichita, KS
