Spherion Staffing is now looking for manufacturing workers in the Bradenton area. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available.Responsibilities:Need to have an eye for detail. need to be able to use a computerized machine, need to be able to tell colors, need to be able to stand during shift.Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences.Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.Input instructions in order to program automated machinery, using a computer keyboard.Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms.Monitor stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and metal in order to maintain supplies during equipment operation.Push buttons, turn handles or move controls and levers to start and control printing machines.Direct and monitor activities of workers feeding, inspecting, and tending printing machines and materials.Maintain records of goods produced, supplies used, production costs, and machine maintenance and repair activities.Monitor and control operation of auxiliary equipment used to assemble and finish products.Working hours: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Must be able to stand for up to 8 hoursMust be able to lift up to 50lbsWork in a hot environmentEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Previously worked in a manufacturing environmentLet's get started - submit your application today!Our office offers Open House Walk In Interviews every week Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30am-1pm.Call or text us at 941-351-0656 to schedule an interview.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
