Data Entry Specialist
The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with new and existing alarm security dealers to ensure that their account data information is accurately entered and maintain filing. Data Entry is responsible to assist in eliminating conflicting Dealer and customer notes, applying action plans, auto-processes and event rules to streamline and automate alarm signal processes which provide support to dispatchers to respond expeditiously to emergency situations.
Position Requirements:
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must have outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Excel sheets
- A Team player who fosters professionalism, a friendly helping attitude and a positive team environment
- Available to work overtime on projects (seldom)
Essential Functions:
- Possess a strong eye for detail and a high level of data entry accuracy
- Ability to read and comprehend various written instructions and messages
- Ability to identify and report conflicts in procedures, account data and notes
- Ability to learn, grasp, understand and support UCC third party services to UCC Dealers
- Ability to learn and identify basic trouble issues and follow UCC escalation process
- Ability to learn Industry standards such as NFPA
- Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision
- Respond well to constructive criticism
Available Hours:
9:00AM-5:00PM M-F (Rotating Sat)
10:00AM-6:00PM M-F (Rotating Sat)
