Join our dynamic team and be part of our mission to drive innovation and make a difference in the world.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborating with software developers to understand system requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test casesDeveloping and executing test cases, analyzing results, and documenting defects, ensuring the traceability of test cases to requirementsWriting comprehensive bug reports and working closely with the development team to reproduce, debug, and resolve defectsAutomating test cases using C++ and Python and maintaining test automation scriptsConducting regression tests to verify the stability of software releasesParticipating in peer reviews and providing feedback on design and test documentationContinuously improving testing processes and methodologiesStaying up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing technologiesProviding support and mentorship to the Junior level test engineers.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution10+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar roleStrong understanding of software testing principles and methodologiesStrong programming skills in C++ and PythonExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsU.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearanceWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reportingKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git/GitLab)Familiarity with modeling and simulation conceptsMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Our Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
