Key *****
Ensure accounts are balanced through reconciliations and accurate recording of financial transactions via journal entries.
Oversee prepaid expenses, ensuring they are tracked and allocated to the appropriate accounting periods.
Collaborate closely with the Controller across all entities to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.
Recognize revenue in accordance with GAAP, particularly using the percentage-of-completion method, including calculating and reporting project completion percentages.
Generate and deliver daily financial reports and insights to managers to support decision-making and inform them of project and company performance.
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
***** Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
***** A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience is essential.
Public ***** Preferred experience in public accounting, particularly with clients in construction or manufacturing sectors.
***** A proactive individual who understands deadlines and holds themselves accountable for their work.
