Planning and coordination for the oversight of operations of all clinical services for the department and facility.
Oversees the ongoing operation of all clinical activities, outpatient services, rehabilitation services, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, social services, mental health, dental and optometry sections.
Caseloads involves the full range of cases including very difficult and complex cases within the specialty providing direct patient care.
Fully responsible for the clinical practice of the medical staff and support staff within the program.
Assigns work to employees in an efficient and equitable manner in order to achieve satisfactory quality of patient care.
Responsibility for the clinical services program including budget, personnel, clinical services, projects, and other services.

5 years of graduate training in the specialty of the position to be filled or equivalent experience and training.
