This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about payroll processing, financial management, and tech industry dynamics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll functions. This role involves working closely with various departments, including HR and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable management. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a deep understanding of payroll systems, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies promptly and accurately. Handle all aspects of accounts payable, including processing payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and resolving any related issues. Manage billing and invoicing, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Utilize SAGE software for various accounting and payroll tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and accurate for payroll processing. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to payroll and financial reporting. Prepare regular reports for management, including payroll summaries, expense reports, and financial forecasts. Assist with financial audits by providing necessary information and explanations about payroll processes and transactions.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role

Extensive experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, billing and invoicing. Proficiency in using SAGE software for payroll and accounting tasks. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations. Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve financial discrepancies efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various departments. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
