The Procurement Agent is responsible for supporting an efficient and effective purchasing operation for materials, supplies, equipment, and services using established policies and procedures. Utilize strategic procurement practices to support solicitation, selection, negotiation, and contracts to meet company goals and objectives. The Procurement Agent is responsible for vendor relationship management, leading efforts to enhance internal controls related to sourcing, coordination, communication, budgeting and managing the delivery of goods and services. Responsible for solicitation (RFP, RFQ, RFI) processes, and contract administration supporting business needs. The Procurement Agent will support or lead strategic and operational sourcing initiatives for Procurement in partnership with key stakeholders. This position will also require strong analytical skills and the ability to flex with changing business requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for strategic sourcing supporting the business goals and objectives Manage procurement risks Manages vendor performance and contract adherence; evaluate new vendors as needed Negotiates pricing and deliverables to ensure quality standards and business needs are being met. Source new suppliers to improve quality, on time service delivery and cost Develop, analyze, and manage spend processes and adjust as needed Establish, lead, and support cross functional teams Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business initiatives and procurement's role to meet company objectives and achieve desired results Accountable for managing supplier agreements including new sources, renewals, negotiation of terms, issue identification, tracking and resolution Negotiate high-level complex contracts while delivering world-class results Conducts research to understand the supply market trends Collaborates with procurement peers to ensure alignment and execution of category strategies Collaborates with leaders and key business partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements Drives sourcing and category plans to achieve savings and performance targets Expert at balancing strategic sourcing, supplier management and daily procurement operations and analysis Continuously identifies and implements strategies and improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality and result in a lower total cost of ownership Contributes to the development of project plans and key deliverables Deliver presentations and recommendations to stakeholders, up to and including executive level Understand business impacts and align with stakeholders to effectively assess risk levels, manage supply continuity, develop contingency plans, and establish risk management strategies to mitigate risk. Key Relationships: Part of the critical responsibility of the Procurement Agent is to successfully interact with various other individuals including, but not limited to: Project Managers, Executives, Finance leads, Functional Business Leaders, Training, and Implementation team(s). Spend Analytics Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. Experience:

Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct team members in an ever-changing procurement environment Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with others, especially in matrix environment and leading cross functional teams 3 to 5 years procurement experience managing critical suppliers and contractual agreements including management and negotiation of outsourcing agreements; Healthcare (Radiology knowledge) is highly preferred Proven financial & business acumen Experience delivering presentations and recommendations to Executive Leadership Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and Skills:

Healthcare materials, supplies, services, and vendors Strategic Sourcing Ability to negotiate complex and critical agreements with suppliers Current knowledge of leading supply chain practices and benchmarks Ability to identify and innovate solutions Experience working in multiple spend categories, both direct & indirect Analytical thinking & proven financial acumen Proven track record of leadership qualities Collaboration for success Procurement Operations Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-driven, motivated and continuous learner
