We are currently looking for someone with a background in Admin / Office Management / Construction Management. Business attire required.
Duties and necessary skills may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing mailings, including mail merge using Microsoft Office products
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and preparing supply orders
- Demonstrated understanding of requisition and invoicing processes
- Answering phones and giving direction to office visitors
Experience Needed:
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
- Previous experience working within professional office environment
