The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and making sure payments are received
- Everyday usage of QuickBooks and Excel
- Create remittance statements for clients
- Processing a high volume of checks
- Actively involved in the financial record process
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting is preferred
- Quickbooks experience is preferred as well

Compensation:
- $45,000 to $55,000 per year
Work Hours:
- Full time 40 hours per week
- 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday
