The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Scheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including making commitments for conferences, court dates, meetings and other appointments
- Composing and editing of correspondence, legal briefs and other related documents
- Receiving telephone calls and visitors
- Typing a wide variety of legal documents, opening and maintaining files
- Performing proofreading and correction tasks for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, format and content in prepared materials
- Assist with trial preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years real estate experience
- Typing 65 WPM or better
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient with drafting routine letters and other documents
- Exceptional file management skills especially electronically
- Advanced skills is MS Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience billing clients
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
