We are looking for a reliable Cleaner/Housekeeper who can work Floater in the Multi-Residential Buildings located in Fort Wayne, IN (postal code: 46835).
Schedule: Monday to Thrusday 9 am - 4:30 pm and Sunday 9 am - 2 pm

Wage rate: $18.50/hour

Scope of Work:
- Travel to the multi-family apartment complex locations to clean the guest turnover units assigned to you
- Deep clean, sanitize, and perform duties, including but not limited to routine, deep, and touch up of move in-move out cleaning
- Deep clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, bathroom fixtures, kitchen area as needed
- Clean inside and out of the cupboards, refrigerator, counter-tops, and other appliances and bathroom facilities.
- Deep clean bedroom(s), den, and balcony.
- Clean inside and outside the windows (remove window panels if needed).
- Empty garbage, take out plastics, and recycle as required.
- Service garbage room and chutes as required.
- Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor.
- Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule.
- Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower.
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
- At least 2 years of residential move-in/move-out cleaning Experience/housekeeping/office/commercial cleaning (e.g. Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, etc.)
- Must Have a Car and Valid Driver's License
- Willing to drive different building (within the apartment complex)
- Available to work according to the schedule mentioned.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Pounds weight.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Mobile phone with internet access.
- Having own personal vehicle to move around is required
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
