What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director to implement their vision and guidance on projects, while actively contributing to the ongoing development of the production pipeline.
- Adapt and modify game content to maintain visual consistency with the provided source material, effectively addressing the unique challenges presented by adapting legacy games.
- Create original high-quality game assets—including symbols, UI/UX elements, backgrounds, and characters—incorporating feedback from the Art Director and Game Designers while prioritizing the spirit and visual quality of the source content.
- Possess the ability to work in a variety of styles consistent with established art direction and legacy visuals
- Offer collaborative feedback and support daily to junior artists to help them align with the Art Director’s standards as well as improve their skills.
- Maintain excellent file organization and adhere to established processes for asset creation, management, and output configuration.
- Work effectively with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers to ensure seamless collaboration and predictable project completion.
- Stay flexible and willing to adapt to changes while ensuring projects meet deadlines and remain within budget.
- Cultivate a positive team environment within a startup-like setting of a well-established organization.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Graphic Design, Illustration or equivalent experience.
- Proven portfolio showcasing experience in slot design and a variety of art styles, both conceptual and final art.
- Has an appreciation and understanding for gaming in general (mechanics, visuals, technical innovations, trends…), as well as players profiles and behaviors
- Patient and flexible in working across different time zones and cultures to produce a top-quality product
- Strong understanding of art and design principles
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of composition, color and typography
- Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and art critique
- Strong organization, time management and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and prioritize your time
- Provide accurate estimates for timing and cost budgeting
- Understand and work within technical limitations
- Possess strong communication skills
- Possess high integrity and exceptional work ethic

$90,160 - $167,440 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
