Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
Problem-Solving:
- Address customer complaints and ensure a resolution is achieved promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Update customers on new features, products, or services that might meet their needs.
Record-Keeping:
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure issues are fully resolved.
